People sign in with Entra ID and MFA. Their security groups decide which specialists they can use and which data those specialists can read. The check runs again on every message, so a change in group membership takes effect immediately.

Each person's Second Brain stays private to them. Before anything can inform the firm-wide brain, it passes a multi-step gate that strips identifiers and admits only patterns that cannot be traced to a client or a user.
Instructions inside a prompt are never the control. Classifiers, identity checks, and confirmation steps sit outside the model, so a clever request gets the same answer as a careless one.
Each turn is logged with who asked, which specialist answered, which sources it used, which model ran, what it cost, and what was allowed or refused. Administrators can review conversations, and auditors get an export.
