Memory that learns your voice, and never leaks it.

Every user has a private brain built from their own work. The firm has a master brain built only from what survives de-identification. Every specialist reads from both, and writes back, on every turn.

Each specialist puts in, and learns from, your brain.

The brain is not a chat history. It is a graph of facts, preferences, relationships, and narratives derived from your own Microsoft 365 footprint and your conversations, clustered by topic and weighted by how often they matter. Interacting with your AI feels like talking to yourself because the profile it reads is yours.

1 · Read
A compact profile card and the nodes relevant to the question are injected into the turn, scoped to your identity.
2 · Answer
The specialist frames the response in your voice and priorities, alongside corpus and live-system evidence.
3 · Write
New facts, corrections, and preferences are extracted by a dedicated memory model and written back to your brain only.
4 · Weigh
Facts you keep using grow in prominence. Facts you stop recalling fade, never silently deleted.

How we build your voice.

An opt-in deep scan, run by you or an authorized administrator, reads only your own Microsoft 365 footprint. After that, every conversation with the platform keeps the model current. What it produces is a working model of how you think and write, not a copy of your files.

Personal brains never leak. Identifiers never survive.

Reads and writes are scoped to the owner's identity, and clustering runs only over that one user's data. Anything that could tie back to a client, a colleague, or an account passes through a multi-step process before it is stored, and a stricter one before it can ever be shared.

SHARED MEMORY · SUBSCRIPTION ASSISTANT
Bob's memory
“Hey Bob, how'd that meeting go yesterday?”
??
Who is Bob? What meeting?
TOM
“You're absolutely right!”
One user's context resurfaces in another user's chat.
SAXTECH · OWNER-SCOPED BRAINS
Bob's brain
Tom's brain
“Morning Tom. Your 10am with the audit team moved to 11.”
Thanks! Can you forward the invite to Adam and Ryan as well?
TOM
“Forwarding now. Would you like to include Rob as well?”
Every read and write carries the owner's identity.

Opt-in scan
Initiated by you or an admin. Reads only your own mail, calendar, files, and chats.
02
Classify
Client, engagement, HR, compensation, legal, and protected-class material is tagged before anything else happens.
03
Strip identifiers
Names, accounts, addresses, and identifiers are removed or reduced to keyed one-way hashes.
04
Generalize
Specifics become person-neutral statements: how you work, not who you worked on.
05
Store, owner-scoped
Written to your brain only, returned only to queries carrying your authenticated identity.

Collective knowledge, published only when no one can be found in it.

A single shared layer lets the firm's operational knowledge compound. Individual brains never cross into it. Candidates are minted weekly in review mode, and a fact publishes only after every gate holds and a human administrator approves it.

De-identified contributors. Stored as keyed one-way hashes; the pipeline refuses to persist if the secret is missing.
k-anonymity of five. At least five people must independently support a fact.
Diversity gate. Supporters span three departments and two seniority bands, and cannot be dominated by leadership.
Exclusions. Anything touching clients, engagements, deals, filings, HR, compensation, or legal matters is dropped or permanently blocked.
Classifier plus human review. Refuse-by-default; nothing reaches chat until an administrator publishes it.

Nodes, edges, profile, and narratives removed
Unused facts fade gradually. Recalled facts stay strong. Erase removes everything.

It forgets gracefully. It erases completely.

Aging facts lose prominence a little each day after a grace period, computed at read time so nothing is destroyed by a timer. When a person asks, or leaves, a per-user reset removes their nodes, edges, profile, narratives, and clusters entirely.

Identity is owned by your directory, so offboarding is one action in one place.

Memory your compliance team can sign off on.
